Delhi Startup Map is an independent directory of startups with working offices in Delhi NCR. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Analytics — the site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) to record aggregate traffic: page views, approximate location, device type, and referral sources.
• Form submissions — "Get notified", "Add your startup", "Claim profile", and "Suggest an edit" collect the details you provide (name, email, company information, message) and send them to our support inbox.
• Server logs — Our host (Vercel) may log IP address, user agent, and timestamp for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To operate, improve, and secure the map.
• To process submissions (launch updates, new listings, corrections).
• To understand which features are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use this data for advertising targeting beyond the analytics above.

Cookies

Our analytics provider (Umami) is designed to operate without cookies. The map itself does not require cookies to browse or open profiles.

• Umami — privacy-friendly analytics
• FormSubmit — delivers form posts to our inbox
• Map tiles — OpenStreetMap / CARTO (standard browser requests only)
• Supabase — hosts the published startup/VC dataset

Retention and your choices

Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to process them. Email hello@delhistartupmap.com to request access or deletion of information you submitted.
